I had a wonderful experience with the well dressed window! They have amazing customer service, and wonderful staff. They did an amazing job on my skylight blinds and did a great job getting it installed and upgraded to the solar powered blinds. They respond quickly when I call. I recommend this team for all of your hunter Douglas blind needs.

You learn most about a company when something goes wrong. We purchased 2 Hunter-Douglas blinds this past spring and one broke after 3 months. Bridget from The Well-Dressed Window responded promptly to our needs and convinced Hunter-Douglas to remake the blind at no charge to us. The new one works perfectly. We are very appreciative that Bridget advocated for us.

The Vignette Modern Roman Shades exceeded our expectations. They add a touch of elegance to the entire room. The fabric Bridget helped me pick out looks perfect in our space. Greg and Nolan installed them quickly and neatly. They helped me install the app and provided me with all the instructions on maintenance and care. Working with Bridget was a great experience. Had a wonderful experience! I just put a down payment on my window treatment. This is a family business I so enjoyed working with Bridget. Bridget is an outgoing person that you think you have known her for years. She makes you feel very comfortable and there was never ever any pressure . We went through many books to find the right fabric came up with a design for the window. I felt very relaxed and it was quite fun. I would highly recommend her and her entire staff. Everyone was very delightful to deal with!

Simply the BEST! Bridget is the "window whisperer." She did window coverings for not only my business, but then I hired her to do my home, as well. Not only is Bridget a great listener, but she can walk into a space and immediately have a feel for what's needed. I am so pleased with my window treatments. Corey and Maddie’s recommendations were so helpful. My motorized woven woods are a dream, color choice is perfect and warms up my living room and dining beautifully. The roller shades in my kitchen are great too. Corey was fun to work with and had great suggestions while listening to what I told him I was trying to achieve. They measured and then installer remeasured before they were ordered to insure accuracy which I greatly appreciated. Installation was smooth and very professional, which I appreciated as well. Even Cathy and the showroom office were helpful. A small, family run business, that was great to deal with.

We are so pleased with our service and could not recommend The Well Dressed Window enough! We didn't realize how much help we needed selecting window treatments and everything to consider until we had Bridget and Madeline helping us. They really know what they're talking about. They're professional, knowledgeable and really care you end up with what you need and want. They weren't pushy at all and I appreciated their honesty. The quality of their installation and work was also top notch. I would highly recommend them. Yes, you can order shades online and install them yourself, but it's worth having professionals help you so you end up with the right treatments and don't have to replace them down the line.

We were in final stages of renovations and shopping the market for planation shutters. We replaced/ upgraded our window moulding/sills throughout the house. We were told by other companies they could not install the shutters as an 'inside' mount and would have to 'box in' the window. We did not want to hide the gorgeous moulding/sills we just had installed. I called WDW. Bridget and Greg arrived on time, spent almost 2 hours at our home discussing types of shutters and meticulously measuring all the windows. "We absolutely can mount plantation shutters inside the window moulding." Bridget also recommended slat size, black hardware and hidden tilt bar. Bridget and Greg are experienced professionals and took the time and extra steps to ensure our needs were met. We could not be more please with the final results. I highly recommend Bridget and team at the WDW of Chicagoland!
